These Terms apply to your use of Menuly websites, dashboards, table QR ordering pages, and related services. Menuly is a trademark of Danwell, based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create or manage a Menuly account or use Menuly on behalf of a business.
Use Of Menuly
You may use Menuly only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of menus, prices, venue information, orders, bills, tax settings, and other content entered into Menuly.
Accounts And Access
You are responsible for keeping login credentials, PIN codes, and staff access secure. You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.
Credits And Payments
Menuly may operate using purchased credits. Bought credits cannot be refunded. You are responsible for monitoring your credit balance and ensuring that your account has sufficient credits to continue using paid services.
Availability
We aim to keep Menuly available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, internet issues, hosting issues, third-party failures, server outages of any kind for any reason, or force majeure events may affect availability. Menuly cannot be held accountable when a venue is unable to use the service because the venue has no internet connection, an unstable internet connection, or the server experiences an outage of any kind for any reason.
Data Hosting
Menuly is hosted with DatabaseMart in Dallas, Texas, United States. Use of Menuly may involve storing and processing business and operational data in that location.
Intellectual Property
Menuly, its software, design, trademarks, and related materials belong to Danwell or its licensors. You retain responsibility for and rights in the content you upload or enter, subject to the permissions needed for us to provide the service.
Acceptable Use
You must not misuse Menuly, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful content, reverse engineer the software, or use Menuly in a way that harms other users or systems.
Limitation Of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Menuly and Danwell are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, loss of data, venue internet outages, or damages caused by incorrect configuration, user error, third-party systems, or unavailable service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or if continued use creates security, operational, or legal risk. You may stop using Menuly at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms when Menuly changes or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows when this version applies.
